Our History
Upscale Development
In 2005, Dr. Rivers R. Glover i. saw that it was a need in the community. A need for more than food and shelter. A need for us to develop the Youth of this Generation, and give them hope towards their futures.
Our Programs
Here at Upscale, we have 6 programs that we have developed for the community that we feel will be beneficial to them. We are taking a deep dive inro the needs of the community to make as much as a impact as we can.

Give LYFFE a chance, Live LYFFE by Choice
Through the LYFFE program, young members of our community gain essential knowledge, skills, and life tools that empower them to thrive. This initiative provides access to valuable training opportunities that are often inaccessible due to socioeconomic barriers. Our goal is to help shape confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals who are not only prepared to navigate the real world but are equipped to excel in it.

L.Y.F.F.E will positively change the lives of the individuals who participate. By giving and recienving the benefits of being better , doing better and living a better L.Y.F.F.E.

This is a 5 level program that gives several benchmarks and incemtives for the completion of each level. Participants can begin anywhere in the process because the levels are happening at the same time. Each day, each group will visit each center. The staff located at that center will be prepared to approach their subject from the different age groups perspective.

Each day will have a specific main idea and the centers will focus their topic on that main idea and each week will work together to make a final impact for the week. Each session is about an 1hr and 15 minutes, and the rotation time is 5 minutes, which should allow for bathroom breaks etc.
Some of the centers will have electives meaning the participant can choose which they want to take.

Some centers will have core curriculum that will be strictly followed to ensure that everyone is receiving the core of what LYFFE's focus is- enrichment and elevation.

SPace at grace
Space at Grace
Space at Grace offers a diverse range of educational and vocational opportunities for youth and young adults. We currently provide GED and ESL classes, with plans to expand into skilled trades such as HVAC, Welding, CDL licensing, and Plumbing. These programs are designed to support personal growth and lay the foundation for entrepreneurship and long-term success.

Upscale Child Development Center is open for ages 6 months to 12 years. We have a safe and stimulating environment, certified teachers, high quality child care and education, and nutritious meals.

Graceland Eagles Youth Football League Association
We are excited to announce our new football league in Missouri City!

SAFE (Seniors Association in a Fellowship Environment)
SAFE is our vibrant community program for seniors, offering a safe and welcoming space for fellowship and enrichment. Join us every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a morning of connection, Bible study, bingo and breakfast! We are giving away awesome prizes also! So come join our Senior Tuesdays

Looking for somewhere productive and positive for that loving senior in your life? we have just the place for you! Come join the seniors in the community every Tuesday from 9am- 2pm. At the local senior living homes.
What We Do
We strive to bring our seniors together through a day of events. We provide transportation to the seniors in a 5 mile radius. Please contact us at 281-208-4722 Between 11am-2pm The week prior on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays If you need a ride to and from our programming.
Our programming begins at 9am. The events are as followed.
8:15am- 9:00am Breakfast is Served
9-10am- Bingo
11-12pm- Greens Exercise Class
12-1pm-Noon Day Bible Study
1pm-2pm- Lunch Served

Shelves of Grace is a comprehensive community support initiative that includes a food pantry, clothing resale program, utility assistance, and future resources based on community needs. This multifaceted project is designed to provide essential services to individuals and families in times of need.
House Of Grace - Transitional Housing and Living Program
House Of Grace
House of Grace is a transitional housing program designed to assist individuals and families experiencing rental hardships. All applicants will participate in an interview and background check as part of our intake process.
